How do I reset my tablet to its factory settings?
Answer
Before you start you might want to know how to do a factory reset, that way if you get confused you can always put your device back to its factory condition. To do this:
- On your Home screen, touch on the Settings icon in the upper right corner.
- Touch Privacy.
- Touch Factory data reset.
- Touch Reset device.
- Stop and Think carefully if you want to do this. If you really want to reset, Touch Erase everything.
- Wait a few minutes while your Tablet restarts.
