The power adapter plug does not fit fully into the unit. There is a small gap between the plug and the unit. It looks like it is a problem, but it is normal.
Also, it is possible to plug the power adapter into the microphone or audio output- it will fit, but will not charge. Here is the correct port - you may need to scroll your screen to the right to see it:
