Default P2P Log-in Password Issues

When I try to log into my camera on my smart phone with the P2P app it will not accept the default password.


There are a small number of Airsight HD cameras with passwords that differ from the default password specified in the manufacturer's user manual. If your camera's password differs from the default listed in the manual while it is still set to factory defaults please email or call our technical support line. We will immediately provide you with the correct password for your camera.

Password Request Requirements

To request your password we will need the DDNS address. The DDNS address will be printed to a sticker located on the bottom of your camera. We will need all of the DDNS addresses for each camera with a password error.
