Questions When I try to get my images, I get the error "Error Occured: Can't connect socket: Connection refused." What do I do? Answer The most common reason for being unable to access images online is that the WebView server to which you are trying to connect is not started, or it has lost connection to the MultiView Web Service. If you can access the server computer, try stopping and re-starting the web service in WebView. If you enter the 10-digit key and your password from the remote computer and the MultiView Web Service brings up the password screen again, then the password you entered is not correct. Check with the server computer (you may need to change the password) and try again.
