What is my registration code?

How do I know the code to register my software?

Answer

Unfortunately, we no longer have access to previous customer registration codes. The bankruptcy court would not provide any customer details or allow availability of their databases.

Please note that when the software registration servers are back up and running you will be provided new registration codes.

-Your registration code is sent to you in an e-mail with the download link for your software. The code is the same as your software order number, with "-1" added to the end of it. (If you purchased more than one copy of the same software on the order, it may be -2, -3, etc.) Your registration code could look like this:  1234567-1 or 123456-AB123-1 or 12345-AB678-CON-1. Be sure to type all letters in upper case and to include the dashes. Do not put spaces at the beginning or end.
