Some users have experienced issues logging into their IP cameras within Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) on their Windows 8 system. A way around this would be change your browser to IE9 Compatibility View.

  • Open IE10
  • Press F12 on your keyboard
  • Click "Browser Mode" option on the tool bar
  • Select "InternetExplorer9 Compatibility View"
  • Press F12 on your keyboard
  • Go view your camera
