Unfortunately the servers that handled the installation and registration processes for the X10 software offline. X10 WTI hosted this software on dedicated servers. When they filed bankruptcy, those servers were shut down and transported to their new location, however they were damaged in transit and much of the data was lost. We are working with networking and database professionals to rebuild them in hopes of getting them back online. While we do not yet have an ETA, please know that our technicians are working expeditiously toward a resolution. We appreciate your patience in the matter and have 2 temporary solutions below:
