The newest versions of Outlook Express and Windows Live Mail block attachments by default. To retrieve attachments, click Forward and save the attachment from the message, then close. It can also be disabled in Outlook Express 's Tools | Options | Security dialog. You could also forward the email to a different address; if you have an email account that you can check from a website, like a Yahoo Mail account, try that.
