When I go to control.x10.com, I see the broken image icon and I can't access the Pan Tilt Pro controls.

There are three possible reasons that this issue may arise:

Double check that the remote computer is running Microsoft Windows operating system. This and Internet Explorer are needed to view control.x10.com.
Are ActiveX controls enabled in your web browser? This is necessary for accessing images through control.x10.com.
Please make sure you are logged in as a Power User or Administrator and have authorization to install or run the Pan Tilt Pro Remote application. Even though it runs in your web browser, Pan Tilt Pro Remote installs a small program on your computer.
