If your order information is available, please see the X10 Download Link Request Form to request a new ActiveHome Pro link by email (and any other X10 purchased software).
If you do not know your order/invoice number, or if your email address is different than the one on the order, you can contact CustomerSupport at orders@x10.com, support@x10.com,or 1-800-442-5109 to find out how to get a new link.
