Why do my timers only run if my computer is on?

Answer

It sounds like you need to change one thing about your timers - you need to select the Store in Interface command in the Timer window of all your timers.

  • Go to MODULES>>TIMER SETTINGS and select the timer you want to store in the interface. Then, press OK.
  • In the TIMER SETTINGS window, in the lower left-hand side of the screen there is a small white box labelled Store in Interface. Place a check in this box, and press OK.
  • The software will ask you if you want to download now. Choose YES, and the event will happen as scheduled.
  • Alternately, you could use the Tools menu to download the timers and macros to the interface all at once.
