The vertical field of view refers to how far it can look up and down without physically moving, similar to the way you can look up at a movie screen or a display of fireworks with your eyes without moving your head. The vertical field of view for this camera is 40 degrees. With the physical tilt of the camera the total vertical view becomes 110 degrees.
