Question

My X10 video software installer crashes my PC and makes it reboot about two-thirds of the way through. What should I do?

Answer

I think one of the drivers for your VA11A USB Video Capture Adapter may be causing the problems you are encountering. Run the install program without plugging in the VA11A. After the install, plug in the VA11A and run the manual driver load procedure. (If you are running Windows 98 Second Edition or Windows ME, please use VA11A Driver Load Procedure for 98SE and ME this procedure.)
