Question

Why isn't my Learning Remote learnng a code from my original remote?

Answer

The batteries in the original remote that is being learned are critical to the learning process. New batteries should be installed prior to learning the codes to ensure the best output possible. If the Learning Remote takes a long time to learn the code, this may be a sign of a signal strength problem caused by the batteries in the original remote. It could also be due to distance between the remotes (they should be about 2 inches apart) or a code incompatibility.
