usb conflicts
hi i have finaly got everything working and then i ran out of hdd space so i ordered an external usb drive to recoard to and it wont see it tryed to plug in a flash drive , wont see that eather, turns out that it wont see anything i try to use that is usb ..exept keyboard/mouse, va12a,and that camera control box thing ( all dumb devices ) anything that uses resorces like flash drv, wireless usb adaptors ect.... nothing
i have a 4 camera kit with 1 ninja p/t, motion,ect... on win xp sp3 2.5 g with 1g ram all was going good till i tried to use the rest of my usb ports
any ideas?

Modified sine-wave invertors, will they work with X-10?
I'm totally off-grid using alternative energy sources creating DC power and using some Modified sine-wave invertors, which is a square wave, there are sine-wave invertors available, which I haven't found a need for yet. They are actually about a 400 step per cycle waveform and aren't actually a true sine-wave as created with a generator. I'm not that knowledgeable of how X-10 functions and don't know it's methods of how it it transported. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, JakTrak

American Airlines set to file reorganization plan

Based on current figures, American will emerge slightly bigger than United Airlines and Delta Air Lines in the number of miles flown by passengers, the usual standard for ranking carriers.
Parker will be chairman and CEO after Horton steps down as chairman in 2014. Parker would get $19.5 million if he is terminated by the new company for a reason other than misconduct, according to a separate filing Monday.
The merger is a coup for Parker, who just a decade ago was running a much smaller carrier called America West Airlines. He merged that airline with US Airways, and then relentlessly pursued a deal with AMR.
According to Monday's filings, US Airways executives briefed their board about a potential merger in April 2011 seven months before American and AMR filed for bankruptcy protection. Designer Renaissance owner Jodi Miller started her consignment business with a partner in 1988 in a marginal spot on Cleghorn Avenue in Green Hills with clothes from their closets and their friends closets.
