X10 Sentinel Not Sentinel CCTV

I bought a Sentinel CCTV product at Costco, but I cannot find the software. What should I do?

Answer

X10 makes a professional pan/tilt/zoom camera called the Sentinel. Unfortunately, there is also a camera company out there called Sentinel CCTV. We do not make any of those cameras or support them. All wireless X10 cameras will say X10 somewhere on the underside (on a sticker).
