Question
I get an I/O error when I try to install Vanguard
Answer
This error is usually caused by the emailed link being connected to a corrupted file.
The issue can usually be solved by emailing our support team at support@x10.com and requesting the installation file in .zip format.
Since the .zip format is the actual installation file in a compressed format and not linked through our server, downloading the software from this format should fix the problem.
