Question
Looking at the connector on the SC18A we notice 2 missing pins, #2 and #6. Why are these pins missing?
Answer
We recently changed the connector to use four pins instead of six.
- Pin 4 is now the common ground for audio, video, and power.
- As one of the outside pins is still used, you will need six-wire extension cables and couplers.
