Question
I thought I was supposed to receive a certain model number, but I received something with a different model number. Why?

X10 sells to various types of users for home, business, or professional use. X10 also has several products that are identical in terms of use however they may reference an entirely different model number. Below is a list of X10 model numbers and their X10 Pro Counterparts. Should receive one model number rather than another know that you will receive the same quality of product with each item.
