When using Active Phone or Active Phone Pro why do I get the message "No Modules Found"?
Answer
You have registered your software and when pulling up ActivePhone or ActivePhone Pro from your phone, tablet or browser you find the following message "No Modules Found" when infact you know there are modules within the ActiveHome Pro Software.
If you use an ampersand, “&”, in the name of any module or macro you create in ActiveHome Pro, it
causes ActivePhone or ActivePhone Pro to display a No Modules Found Error.
It is the only symbol that does this. We suggest you replace the "&" with a "+"
Also Ensure you have downloaded timers and macros within your ActiveHome Software.
