Question

When I try to log into my camera on my smart phone with the P2P app it will not accept the default password.

There are a small number of Airsight HD cameras with passwords that differ from the default password specified in the manufacturer's user manual. If your camera's password differs from the default listed in the manual while it is still set to factory defaults please email support@x10.com. We will provide you with the correct password for your camera.
