Question
Will your products work in my country?
Answer
Thank you for your interest in X10.Com. Products sold by X10.Com are strictly 110/120V, 60Hz only. They do not function well, if at all, in other wiring environments. Entertainment and camera products are NTSC only. You can, however, obtain 220V and PAL products from our non-US distributors. For more information, see:
Orders from X10.Com can only be shipped to addresses in the US or Canada, including orders for dealers. You can use the services of a freight forwarding company with a US or Canadian address to have X10.Com products shipped to you in another country.
