I get an I/O error when I try to install Vanguard
Answer
This error is usually caused by the emailed link being connected to a corrupted file. The issue can usually be solved by calling our support line at 1-800-442-5138 and requesting the installation file in .zip format. Since the .zip format is the actual installation file in a compressed format and not linked through our server, downloading the software from this format should fix the problem.
