120VAC at 60Hz
Question
Will your products work in my country?
Answer
Thank you for your interest in X10.com. Products sold by X10.com are designed to work with two or three phase residential power systems typical in the US or Canada: 110/120V at 60Hz, with some devices working at 208/220V at 60Hz. They do not function well, if at all, in other wiring environments.
Units that send or receive powerline commands will generally not work with voltage converters. The legacy entertainment and 2.4Ghz camera products are NTSC only. X10 units that send RF commands use 310MHz signals in the US and Canadian markets; all other X10 RF products we distribute use 433MHz signals, except the PowerMid products (PM5900, ST539, RE549), which use 418MHz. X10's AirSight IP cameras do have multivoltage (100-240VAC, 50-60Hz) power supplies.
You may be able to obtain 220V, 433MHz, and PAL products from our non-US distributors:
Orders from X10.com can only be shipped to addresses in the US or Canada, including orders for dealers. You can use the services of a freight forwarding company with a US or Canadian address to have X10.com products shipped to you in another country.
