Using The Email Images Command
Questions
How can I store an archive of images away from my main ActiveHome Pro computer?
Answer
You can use the Email Images command to tell MyHouse Online to send pictures to your account as JPEG attachments. This feature is useful for to store an archive of images away from your main ActiveHome Pro computer. If you have a Hotmail or a Gmail account, you have a very large storage space that you can access from practically any device.
To add this command to a macro, drag the Email Images command from the Video Functions list into your macro. When you drop the command in, you will be prompted to enter email information. You will need to have Outlook Express (or some other default mail handler) set up to send mail on your computer.
With your email information entered, you can configure which images to upload.
Email the most recent image: this tells the macro to upload the single most recent picture.
Email multiple images over time: select this option to have MyHouse Online send multiple emails with updated pictures. You can choose the frequency and duration of these emails.
