If there is a flashing or steady ZONE LED on the PS651 console, It may be that a door/window chime is not operating (clearing) properly because it is mounted on or too close to steel. Try spacing the alarm contacts off of the metal surface with some additional double sided tape or other non-magnetic spacer.
