My iconRemote seemed to program OK, but does not control one of my devices. What can I try?

Answer

  • Make sure the remote is set to the correct Mode by pressing the MODE key followed by the appropriate Side Key for the desired device mode.
  • Try programming the remote with a new code.
  • The remote may not contain the code for your device. Try learning the codes you need from your old remote.
  • Try going into Setup-Advanced-Options and alerting the Key Transmit Time. There are 24 possible settings.
  • Install new batteries and reprogram the iconRemote.
