Can I load the MyHouse Online Browser in Firefox on my Windows PC?

I am having problems getting Windows Vista to load the MyHouse remote application. Is there something I can try?

Yes.

  1. Make sure you are running the latest version of Firefox.
  2. Install the IETab plugin.
  3. Go to http://MyHouse.x10.com in Firefox.
  4. Right-click on the black background of the webpage and select "View Page In IE Tab."
  5. The MyHouse Online client should now load normally.
