How many possible Security Code variations can be generated by a security remote?
Answer
When you install a new security remote into an X10 Security Console it will randomly generate a code that will allow it to interface with that particular console. This helps ensure that nobody nearby who has an X10 Security System will be able to control your system.
*There are 56,000 possible code variations.
