When they filed bankruptcy, those servers were shut down and transported to their new location, however they were damaged in transit and much of the data was lost. We are working with networking and database professionals to rebuild them and get the X10 Software servers back online. We are doing all we can to re-enable these applications for past and future X10 customers and will happily let you know the moment it is available again. *****
