Question

When I click on Vanguard, my web browser opens. Why?

Answer

You are clicking on the Vanguard Browser link, not Vanguard. You need to go into Start -> (All) Programs -> Vanguard (folder) -> Vanguard. Do not select Vanguard Browser:
