I used to settle for quick cell phone chats and only see friends and relatives a few times a year when I flew out or they flew in. But of course it's just not the same – when you love somebody nothing's really as good as sitting down for a nice face-to-face chat with them, without being pressed for time like on a trip. I wanted to be able to see my friends and family right in front of me when I talked to them, and see how they're really doing. Now, thanks to X10, I've discovered how to do that without ever setting foot on a plane!
