I need to re-register my software using a new registration code. What should I do?
Answer
- Reboot the computer and repeatedly press F8 while it loads to bring up the Safe Mode menu.
- Boot into Safe Mode
- Open C:\Program Files\Common Files\X10\Common.
- Delete the hidden file x10prod.sys
- Reboot.
