Question

I need to re-register my software using a new registration code. What should I do?

Answer

  • Reboot the computer and repeatedly press F8 while it loads to bring up the Safe Mode menu.
  • Boot into Safe Mode
  • Open C:\Program Files\Common Files\X10\Common.
  • Delete the hidden file x10prod.sys
  • Reboot.
