FAQS
Q: Is it difficult to set up?
A: No way! Mount the Sensor and magnet on the door or window of your choice and register it with the console. Easy!
Q: What makes the SMART Door/Window Sensor (DS12A) different than the original Door/Window Sensor (DS10A)?
A: The new SMART Door/Window Sensor is slimmer and sleeker in design, has a tamper-resistant feature that triggers the alarm system when the Sensor is tampered with AND is completely wireless and cordless. That means no wire connecting the magnet to the sensor!
Q: Does it work with my old security console?
A: Absolutely! The SMART Door/Window Sensor works with both the new SecuriLINK Console and Protector Plus Console (PS561).
