Answer
There are several troubleshooting steps to try if Boom 2000 is not playing your DVD. The first thing to check is that Boom 2000 is working. Can you control your MP3 player? Does the Boom display on the screen respond when you press a button on the handheld remote?
Also, the drivers for your computer's DVD drive need to be updated to support DirectShow playback. Contact your DVD maker or computer support to obtain the latest drivers.
