What is my registration code?
How do I know the code to register my software?
Answer
Your registration code is sent to you in an e-mail with the download link for your software. The code is the same as your software order number, with "-1" added to the end of it. (If you purchased more than one copy of the same software on the order, it may be -2, -3, etc.) Your registration code could look like this: 1234567-1 or 123456-AB123-1 or 12345-AB678-CON-1. Be sure to type all letters in upper case and to include the dashes. Do not put spaces at the beginning or end.
If you are not sure of your order number, you can call customer service at 1-800-442-5109 or email orders@x10.com to have it found. If you do have your order number and you would like a new registration code e-mail sent to you, please use our Software Download Link Request form.
