Green Screen Displayed Instead of Camera Video

I am getting a green screen in Pan and Tilt Pro.

Make sure the video receiver is turned on and securely connected to your X10 VA11A Video Capture Adapter. Close PanTilt Pro and open Microsoft NetMeeting software alone. Go through the setup procedure; once this is completed, you can close NetMeeting and open Pan Tilt Pro again.
