I thought I was supposed to receive a certain model number, but I received something with a different model number. Why?

X10 sells to many different groups of users: directly to home users, to retail resellers, or professional installers, to name a few. X10 also has several products that are physically and functionally identical but that have different model numbers for different market segments. Below is a list of X10 model numbers and their X10 Pro Counterparts. Should you see a PRO part or kit substitured for a non-Pro part or parts in your order, please be assured that you will receive the same quality of product with each item.
