How can I get a new link to download the ActiveHome Pro software?

If your order information is available, please see the X10 Download Link Request Form to request a new ActiveHome Pro link by email (and any other X10 purchased software).
If you do not know your order or invoice number, or if your email address is different than the one on the order, you can contact Customer Support at orders@x10.com, support@x10.com,or 1-800-442-5109 to find out how to get a new link.
