I need to re-register my software using a new registration code. What should I do?

Answer
Reboot the computer and repeatedly press F8 while it loads to bring up the Safe Mode menu. Boot into Safe Mode then open C:\Program Files\Common Files\X10\Common. Delete the hidden file x10prod.sys, then reboot.
