My computer crashed and I need to reload my X10 software. How can I download it again?
How do I get a new link to download my X10 software?

Answer
X10.com no longer has access to customer registration codes.
When X10 WTI filed bankruptcy in July of 2013, the bankruptcy court would not provide any customer details or allow availability of their databases.
