What is my registration code?
How do I know the code to register my software?
Your registration code is sent to you in an e-mail with the download link for your software. The code is the same as your software order number, with "-1" added to the end of it. (If you purchased more than one copy of the same software on the order, it may be -2, -3, etc.) For example, your registration code could look like this: 1234567-1 or 123456-AB123-1 or 12345-AB678-con-1. If you are not sure of your order number, you can call customer service at 1-800-442-5109 or email orders@x10.com to have it found. If you do have your order number and you would like a new registration code e-mail sent to you, please use our Software Download Link Request form.
