Question

How do I completely reset my console?

Answer

Sometimes you may need to completely reset the console as a way to troubleshoot programming issues. To completely reset the console:

  • While in "Home Control" mode press 7, 9, then "On"
  • The display shows all 32 numbers and all letters A through Z
  • Press "Clear"
  • The display returns to "Home Control" and the PIN number is reset to 0000

Note: This is a master resetting procedure so all of your previous programming will be lost. You will need to reprogram the console.
