How do I use the water level Detector by itself?
Answer
If you don’t own the SC1200 Security Console, you can use the Water Level Detector on its own. Just pry the two halves of the Water Level Detector apart using a coin and install two AAA alkaline batteries inside. Observe polarity. The Water Level Detector is then ready to use. It will beep whenever the sensor pad is immersed in water (and stop beeping about 15 seconds later).
